Shipping

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through GLS (General Logistics Systems) with a tracking number and delivery without a signature.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package.

We advise you to group all your items in the same order.

We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

By using our MOOLBERRY.COM page, you agree to use it only to make legally valid inquiries and / or orders. You will not make any false or fraudulent order, in the event that MOOLBERRY.COM considers that it has been used in this way we will be authorized to nullify that request and inform the relevant authorities about what happened.

It will be necessary to provide us with your email address, postal address and other contact information in a truthful and correct way, thereby consenting that we can make use of this information to contact you if necessary (Privacy Policies ). In the event that you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order properly. By placing an order through MOOLBERRY.COM, you declare to be over 18 years of age and to be legally capable of entering into contracts.

Returns

The exchange and return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and you can send the garment by the agency that you consider always postage paid. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the customer's responsibility and the change will not be possible if the garment does not arrive at its destination.

MOOLBERRY ONLINE OFFERS A FREE SIZE CHANGE. The deadline for requesting a refund will be fifteen calendar days from the delivery date.

To make a return, it will be necessary to make a request for said return by sending an email to the customer service department hola@moolberry.com, indicating the order number, product and reason for return to obtain the return request code. Once the return request has been confirmed, attach the relevant document together with the products and with their original packaging, they must be sent by certified mail to the following address:

The User may return the item purchased through our MOOLBERRY.COM page as long as the following requirements are met:

The item has not been opened or used and has its original seal or packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent in perfect condition, with its original and unused packaging.

 

·       The article is complete and intact, with all its corresponding accessories and original product packaging.

·       These must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

·       If the product is defective, in these fifteen days the customer can also choose to replace the product.

·       If the return occurs after this period, or the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original packaging, MOOLBERRY ONLINE will not be able to accept the return and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

·       Returns of garments are only accepted if they retain their full original labeling and it has not been removed from the garment.

Once the product has been received and checked by us and the return has been accepted, the refund of its amount will be processed in the same way in which it was paid, except for transport costs.

Transportation costs will be returned only when MOOLBERRY.COM is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).

The term of payment in the credit card or PayPal account always depends on the bank. Maximum term 30 days.

At MOOLBERRY.COM we reserve the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

If the return is due to a factory defect, please contact us through the following email hola@moolberry.com,  you can return or exchange the item purchased as long as it has not been used and keeps its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent, with its original and unused packaging.

Purchase conditions

As stated in the previous section of these Conditions, when placing an order at MOOLBERRY.COM you declare yourself over 18 years of age.

MOOLBERRY.COM makes a great effort to be able to show the colors of our products as closely as possible to reality. However, the color that appears on the screen could have some variation depending on the monitor of your computer, therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on the monitor of your terminal will be true to reality.

It will be necessary for you to provide us with the information we request to correctly manage your order, this information must be truthful and correct. These data provided will be incorporated into our database and will be treated according to our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Data Protection Law.

To add products to the "shopping cart" you must click on the icon "add to cart", you can add all the products you want to buy.

 

In the shopping cart you can view all the information of the selected items with the prices indicated and with taxes included. This price does not include the cost of transport, which will vary depending on the selected shipping method.

Before you make the payment, you will see all the concepts of product price, transport, taxes and delivery address and other data that will be displayed before you confirm the payment by clicking on the payment method you want to use.

Once you have confirmed the purchase order and made the payment, we will send you an email to the email address that you provided us with the summary of your order and its confirmation. In the case of not receiving this email, it could be due to some transitory communication problem on the network or a typing error in the email address provided by you. In both cases, please inform us of this situation through our contact channels provided (hola@koker.es).

When you add a product to the shopping cart, it does not guarantee its reservation or availability, as there are products in great demand that may be sold out before formalizing the purchase even though they were available when they were added to the cart.

The items in the shopping cart can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal.

The payment of the products that you have selected will be made through a payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution once it has been verified that the data communicated is correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, MOOLBERRY.COM uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential data of the payment are transmitted directly and in an encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution.

For payment with financial institutions, MOOLBERRY.COM only accepts SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, you will connect with the issuing bank, which will request that you authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the issuing bank of the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined.

As a complementary measure to the "Secure payment" system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, MOOLBERRY.COM reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client and adopt the measures it deems appropriate ( including the cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.

All the products that appear on our website are subject to their availability. So, if we have difficulty in supplying these or if we do not have items in stock, MOOLBERRY.COM reserves the right to provide you with information on substitute products of quality and value equal to or greater than the one you selected and that may interest you. If these substitutes are not to your liking and you do not wish to order them, we will refund the amount you paid for the non-supplied item within a maximum period of 30 days.

The prices of the products that appear on MOOLBERRY.COM may change at any time, but these possible changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation to the email address you provided us.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to delete or modify any material or content on it.

Although we will always do our best to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may occur that force us to reject the processing of an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation, so we reserve the right to do so at any time.

Shipping and handing

The shipment of your order will be delivered according to the delivery method chosen by you. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next day. All orders received from Friday to Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, as well as the holidays corresponding to the community of Castilla la Mancha and the city of Toledo.

The shipments of the orders purchased in MOOLBERRY.COM will be made through a courier company. Rates and delivery times will vary depending on the delivery destination.

Non-face-to-face purchasing conditions

Shipping

Shipments are made to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands with the exception of PO boxes) and most European countries. Deliveries will be made during business hours from Monday to Friday. You can choose between home delivery or collection in our stores in Toledo.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Courier Iberian Peninsula € 3.95 2 to 3 working days.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla € 10, 5 to 7 working days. Canary Islands Courier € 40.

Delivery in Europe Zone A (Germany, France and Monaco) and B (Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, San Marino, Vatican):

Shipping cost Zone A: 8,70€.

Shipping price Zone B: 9,10€.

Free shipping costs for purchases over € 50 for Spain and € 100 for the Canary Islands.

For the rest of shipments, we work with the company GLS, the prices can be consulted at hola@moolberry.com. Except islands that entail different shipping costs, consult for more information. If you have any questions, you can contact us by email hola@moolberry.com or Peninsula (48-72 hours) or Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (72-96 hours).

In the event that for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, you will be informed of this circumstance and will have the option to proceed with your purchase, establishing a new delivery date or, you can cancel your order and we will refund the price paid. To avoid possible incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to correctly fill in the corresponding form and it is advisable to fill in the box relating to the contact telephone number.

We will understand that the delivery has occurred or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquire material possession of the items sent, which will be accredited through the signature of receipt of the order in the address provided. If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Likewise, we will leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to get it sent again. If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.

For our part, we decline any responsibility in the delivery times caused by the logistics company, especially in case of loss of products, the weather or strikes, or in cases of Force Majeure.

Service availability

The articles offered through this website are only available for shipment to European territory. How to place an order In the Purchase Procedure section you can find how to follow the steps to place an order through MOOLBERRY.COM, the final step will be to authorize payment. After this, you will receive an email at the address provided with the confirmation of your order.

Availability of products

If there are no items in stock, the order will be shipped when MOOLBERRY.COM restock the item. In this case, we will immediately contact you to solve the problem, or we will refund any amount that you may have paid if requested.

These will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.

Value added tax and billing

In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times depending on the specific article in question. In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with current regulations in each of these territories. You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you can indicate to us at any time your desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in that format.
